In this context, while hand disinfectants are placed in all vehicles, citizens are warned with visuals about social distance.
Implementing the Action Plan for Combating the Corona Virus in Eskişehir with determination, the Metropolitan Municipality continues to increase the measures in public transport, which poses a great risk. With the circular issued by the Ministry of Internal Affairs, citizens are warned by announcements about the social distance in trams and buses that do not hold more than half the capacity of the vehicles. In order to prevent two people from sitting side by side in the trams, "Please do not sit in this seat for your health. Protect your distance! ” Stating that the warnings were hung, the Metropolitan Municipality officials stated that the citizens were warned that they should definitely use hand disinfectants while getting on and off the vehicles.
Stating that informative announcements with corona viruses were hung inside the vehicles and at the stops, the officials thanked the Eskişehir residents for the 'Stay at Home' calls, stating that there were close to 80% reductions in the number of passengers.
