Speaking at the SATSO Assembly meeting, President Akgün Altuğ said, “It should be a cable car, but it should not be built by harming nature. We are against the destruction of nature. ”

Sakarya Chamber of Commerce and Industry February parliamentary meeting was held at the parliamentary meeting with the participation of Parliament Speaker Talip Kuriş, Chairman of the Board Akgün Altuğ and Board Members, members of the parliament, Metropolitan Mayor Ekrem Yüce and Sakaryaspor Club President Cumhur Genc.

Akgün Aktuğ, Chairman of the Board of SATSO, talked about the cable car project in Sapanca in his speech about the activities.

Altuğ, who thinks that it is necessary to observe the same sensitivity as the city about the cable car to be built in Kırkpınar, said, “I would like to touch upon a topic based on our environmental panel. Because the environmental issue is our sensitivity. I think that we should take the same sensitivity as a city for the cable car to be built in Kırkpınar. This issue should be our priority. We are not against ropeway in a region like Sapanca for the revival of tourism. However, we are against creating artificial tourism inventories on the destruction of nature. It should be a cable car, but it should not be built by harming nature. We are against the destruction of nature.

As we have mentioned in our previous assembly meeting, it was a preferred area because of its clean and green nature; today, the hills of Sapanca faced concrete. Sapanca is a town where we breathe. We must protect its nature and green texture. Similarly, we have brought the issue of pollution of the Sakarya river before. Our environmental commission on its solution is carrying out its work. ”
