SAMULAŞ A.Ş., which has completed the integrated management system covering ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management System, ISO 14001: 2015 Environmental Management System, ISO 10002: 2014 Customer Satisfaction and Complaint Management System and ISO 45001: 2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management System within the framework of corporate values ​​and legal regulations. crowned its quality with the documents it received. Stating that they are constantly improving in increasing service quality and citizen satisfaction, Tamgacı said, “These documents are tools. We are in the understanding of establishing standards accepted by the world in meeting the expectations, needs and legislative requirements of our citizens. Our business is just starting. We have revised our institutionalization efforts, which we started as of May 2019, with continuous improvement and risk management, and process management. In line with these studies, we have successfully completed the audit processes by meeting the relevant standard requirements of the management system and we have been awarded the management system documents. ”

Pointing out that they have created an internal audit mechanism for employees, Tamgacı said, “We are making continuous improvements in all these works with the performance management system. 27 of our staff received 920 hours of training, mentoring and consultancy services. In addition to these studies, we have moved our environmental awareness a little further and started effective energy management studies with the ISO 50001 Energy Management System. Our studies for ISO 27001 Information Security Management System and EN 13816 Passenger Transport Service Quality Management standards are also ongoing. We will continue to work for citizen satisfaction on the way we set off with the promise of 'providing comfortable, comfortable and quality transportation services'.
