ETO President Metin Güler emphasized that the railway fair and congress to be held in our city in April will contribute to the competitive power of Eskişehir and the promotion of the rail systems sector worldwide.
Metin Güler, President of Eskişehir Chamber of Commerce, evaluated the Rail Industry Show (Rail Industry Show) which will be organized by Modern Fairs on April 14-16, 2020. Stating that the fair, which will be hosted by Eskişehir Fair Convention Center, will highlight the competitive side of Eskişehir, Güler noted that the fair will contribute to the promotion of the rail systems industry, which is one of the mainstays of Eskişehir industry, in the international arena. Stating that they aim to organize specialized fairs in the areas where the city is strong while preparing the feasibility of Eskişehir Fair Convention Center, Güler expressed that the Railway Industry Infrastructure and Technologies Fair is a part of this vision. Güler stated that the locomotive 100% of production in Turkey in Eskisehir, Eskisehir fair thanks to economies of scale economies will be strengthened again in the rail sector, which is one of the driving forces, he said.
It will be the beginning to get on the attack on fair rail systems
Stating that they saw the Railway Industry Infrastructure and Technologies Fair in Eskişehir as a beginning to relive the spirit of Behiç Erkin and stay on the railroad, Güler noted that important companies such as Siemens Mobility, TÜLOMSAŞ, TCDD Tasimacilik, Bureau Veritas, Harting will participate in the fair. Stating that the works are continuing with the support of Eskişehir Chamber of Industry to bring purchasing delegations from abroad, Güler said that they aim to contribute to the export of Eskişehir.
Congress to strengthen Eskişehir's competitive direction on railway
Touching on the importance of the congress to be held the day before the fair, Güler stated that RAILFIN - Railway Investment and Financing Congress will be held in Vehbi Koç Congress Center on April 13 in cooperation with Adam Smith Conferences. Stating that the congress will be one of the important achievements of Eskişehir, Güler stated that professionals, who are leading the railway industry, will come together in Eskişehir thanks to the congress and thus, the competitive side of Eskişehir in the railway industry will become stronger.
