The 3rd Stage Rail System Project of Antalya Metropolitan Municipality continues without slowing down. While 2.5 km of rail production on Dumlupınar Boulevard is continuing, superstructure works have been started in Meltem Katlı Junction.
A feverish work is being carried out on the Bus Station-Meltem stage of the 3rd Stage Rail System Line, which connects the Metropolitan Municipality's Varsak with the Bus Station, Antalya Training and Research Hospital and the city center. While the rail construction continues on Dumlupınar Boulevard, a multi-storey junction is being carried out in front of Akdeniz University.
FLOOR JUNCTION RISES
Reinforced concrete productions of the viaduct legs have been completed in the floor intersection works in front of the Akdeniz University Meltem gate, while the superstructure productions are continuing rapidly. In the regions where manufacturing is completed, teams prepare concrete for flooring. When the intersection is completed, it will also ease the traffic on Antalyaspor Junction and 100. Yıl Boulevard.
2.5 KM RAIL PRODUCTION IS COMPLETED
On the Dumlupınar Boulevard at the Bus Station-Meltem stage, the production of a 2.5 km track was completed. Besides, rail welding, coating concrete and cable channel manufacturing work continues. It was stated that the productions will continue until the storey intersection and the rail laying process will continue after the completion of the works at the intersection.
30 METERS WILL BE DOWN TO DEPTH
In the underground station called West Station where the underground tunnels will be connected, mini pile production has been completed. The officials noted that with the studies, they will gradually go down and reach a depth of 30 meters.
