In the 2020 Investment Program, 1,2 billion TL was allocated to the Konya Metro. While 52 billion liras was allocated from the central government budget for this year's investments, the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure was the highest share with 8,4 billion liras. According to the President's Decision on the Adoption and Implementation of the 2020 Investment Program published in the Official Gazette, transportation investments in Konya attracted attention in the 2020 Investment Program.
1,2 BILLION TL TO KONYA METRO
In the 2020 Investment Program, 1 billion 210 million 387 thousand TL was allocated to Konya metro. 21,1 million 40 thousand TL of the 1,2 billion TL resource allocated for 44 metro vehicles with 516 kilometers of first stage construction and electromechanical infrastructure will be paid to consultancy services. In the 2020 Investment Program, the total project amount of the 1st stage of Konya metro was 9 billion 144 million 248 thousand TL.
7 VEHICLES WILL BE BUYED FOR THE KONYA BANLIYÜ
In the 2020 Investment Program, 12 million 15 thousand TL has been allocated for 7 suburban vehicles to be purchased for the "Konya Suburb", which will carry 148 thousand roads daily at 740 stops from the current railway to the scientific station.
COMPLETING KONYA KAYACIK LOGISTICS CENTER
Konya Kayacık Logistics Center will be completed and put into service this year. A total of 30 million TL has been allocated to Mersin, Erzurum and Kahramanmaraş logistics centers, which will go into service with Konya.
28,6 TO NEW ENVIRONMENTAL WAY, 10 MILLION TO EĞİSTE VIADU
In the 2020 Investment Program, 28 million 675 thousand TL was allocated to Konya Ring Road. Again, 10 million TL has been allocated for the works on the Eğiste Bridge of the highway that will connect Konya to Antalya.
