After the corona virus, which emerged in China and caused great panic all over the world, the cleaning of transportation vehicles came to the fore. With the Akçaray tram line operated by Transportation Park, where an average of 100 thousand people travel daily in Kocaeli, 336 buses are cleaned from head to toe and purified from both viruses and germs. TransportationPark, one of the affiliates of Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality, takes every precaution to travel in vehicles with high hygiene level of citizens against viruses and microbes. In the detailed cleaning, every point of the buses carrying an average of 65 thousand passengers per day, inside, outside, windows, driver's cabin, handles, passenger seat handles, floors, ceiling, outer ceiling and bottom corner cleaning are cleaned.

In addition, trams carrying an average of 40 thousand passengers per day are cleaned from top to bottom by the cleaning teams. Every night, all the points that passengers come into contact with while getting on and off, are cleaned by the cleaning teams inside, outside, handles, seats, floor, ceiling and windows.
NANO TECHNOLOGY AND UV FILTER APPLICATION HAS BEEN REALIZED
Nano Technology is applied in 336 buses and trams belonging to İletişimPark. Vehicles are disinfected with Nano technology application, which is one of the detailed cleaning applications. UV Filters are also used in trams. With the UV Filter application, bad odors in the tram are also prevented by preventing bacteria and micro organisms in the air conditioning system in the tram. This way, passengers travel in a hygienic environment.
