The accident occurred this morning when a wagon of the 53519 voyage train carrying a mine between the Narlı Train Station of Pazarcık district of Kahramanmaraş and Türkoğlu district station was derailed. In the incident, the 12-kilometer railway was damaged when the wagon derailed.
The Fırat Express passengers, who made the Elazig-Adana flight on the railway route that was closed due to the accident, were taken from Türkoğlu Station by bus and transferred to Narlı Station.
While there is no injured or killed in the accident, it is investigated why the wagon derailed.
