Why Are TCDD 356 Recruitment Oral Exam Results Not Disclosed?

The Republic of Turkey State Railways (TCDD) enters the 1500 candidates close to the 356 result of his oral examination for the recruitment of about 190 days, despite the occasional passing of explanation.

Oral exams of candidates who applied through İşkur were held by TCDD in August 2019. However, in September, TCDD General Manager İsa ApaydınAfter the dismissal, the oral exam results could not be announced.

Regarding the failure to announce the results of the TCDD recruitment interview results, it was first reported that the intensity of the Turkish Minister of Transport and Infrastructure Cahit Turhan was justified, and then the security investigation conducted by the relevant institutions for the participants was not yet completed. However, after the investigation of the verbal examinations was announced, the security investigations were confused because of the fact that the assignment document was being prepared.

According to the announcement published by TCDD General Directorate on April 4, 2019, a total of 86 workers, including 42 train workers, 188 railway road construction, maintenance and repair machine operators, 40 railway line maintenance repairers, 356 port crane operators, would be recruited.

Candidates who took the oral examination for 356 workers asked TCDD General Manager Ali İhsan Uygun to announce the results and to remedy the grievances they have been through for days, without defeating anyone's rights.

• What is the reason why the interview results have not been announced in the last 3 month?
• What is the reason for conducting the interview in question, not in the form of a written exam?
• Taking into consideration the date of the interview, the fact that the planned recruitment of personnel has not been completed during the time period has led to disruptions in the duties and responsibilities of TCDD?
