Ankara Metropolitan Municipality has doubled its disinfection and sterilization efforts against the risk of epidemics in Rail Systems, Family Living Centers, Youth Centers and AŞTİ, which are visited by thousands of passengers every day.


"In order to protect the health of our citizens and protect them from possible epidemic diseases, necessary measures have been taken in common areas, especially in public transport, in cooperation with the relevant authorities of our state," said President Mansur Yavas. In Ankara, where approximately 800 thousand passengers use EGO buses and 400 thousand passengers use Rail systems every day, public transportation vehicles are daily disinfected and sterilized.
