Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality Transportation Inc. and a collective labor agreement, which includes 1150 employees, was signed with the ceremony between Öz Transport İş Union and Hak İş Confederation. Speaking at the signing ceremony, the Metropolitan Mayor Dr. Memduh Büyükkılıç stated that the satisfaction of the employees will be reflected in the people of Kayseri and wished that the collective agreement would be beneficial.
Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality Transportation Inc. and the signing ceremony of the collective labor agreement between the Hak İş Confederation and the Self Transportation Work Union was held in the Metropolitan Municipality Assembly Hall. Speaking at the signing ceremony, Transportation Inc. General Manager Feyzullah Gündoğdu said that they increased social benefits especially through collective agreements and that they managed to make them feel that they were with them. Stating that a salary bonus is also provided to employees through collective agreements, Gündoğdu said, “We will endeavor to increase the satisfaction of our citizens in a more self-sacrificing way, as we have been with our employees.”
Öz Transport Business President Mustafa Toruntay, who participated in the signing ceremony, said that they signed a nice collective agreement, considering the rights and interests of the employees and the business. Stating that it is not easy to serve a city where 12 million passengers move every month, Toruntay said, “But we believe that we will do whatever it takes to please our President and the people of Kayseri. We have a Mayor who is passionate and love to serve the people of Kayseri. We will continue to support investments and services to be made. ”

Metropolitan Mayor Dr. Memduh Büyükkılıç also wished that the collective agreement would be beneficial. Stating that the satisfaction of the employees is important, Mayor Büyükkılıç said, "If you are satisfied, you will also please our brothers we serve." Expressing that they are working with the understanding that people are good for people, Mayor Büyükkılıç said, "We love our brothers from Kayseri and we try to be worthy of them." Emphasizing belonging in his speech, President Memduh Büyükkılıç said that they are members of the same family together with all employees. Mentioning the services of Transportation Inc. with praise, Mayor Büyükkılıç said, “Transportation Inc. is our source of pride. It has been our pride to be mentioned with positive sentences at meetings held at home or abroad. ”
After the speeches, Transportation Inc. Signing of the collective bargaining agreement signed between Öz ve İş İş İş Union. After the signing of the signatures, Transportation Inc. Flowers were presented to President Memduh Büyükkılıç on behalf of their employees. Mustafa Toruntay, the Chairman of the Oz Transportation Business Union, gave a thank you plaque to the President Büyükkılıç.
