A very important rail system for Istanbul KabataşTest drives continue on the 1st Stage Mecidiyeköy - Mahmutbey Line of the Mecidiyeköy-Mahmutbey Metro. IMM President Ekrem İmamoğluwill participate in test drives on Sunday, February 16 and will announce the date when the metro will be put into service.
Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Mayor (IMM) will examine the Mecidiyeköy-Mahmutbey Metro, which is preparing to open in the coming months, and will participate in ongoing test drives. The ceremony will also include IMM Secretary General Yavuz Erkut and other IMM Bureaucrats and contractor company representatives.
Participants will take the M7 Test Train from Mecidiyeköy –Şişli station and pass to the Tekstilkent warehouse area. Warehouse Area and Maintenance Workshop will be examined. President Imamoglu will give information about the metro line here. It will announce the date when the line will be put into service.
The pedestrian corridor between Yenikapı-Hacıosman Metro and Metrobus, which has been closed for a long time due to the construction of the subway, will also be put into service at the ceremony.
