ELEVATOR AND WALKING STAIRE EFFICIENCY WILL BE INCREASED

According to METRO ISTANBUL's Operating Performance Scorecard, the readiness of elevators at stations is 96,64 percent and the average of Nova-Comet is 98,2 percent in January. The teams, who found that the elevator problems on the lines were less in hydraulic elevators and in more intensive electric elevators, continued their repair and maintenance works continuously throughout the month.

The rate of escalators being ready to use was 98,2, just below the Nova-Comet average, which was 98,01 percent. It was determined that the number of equipment in Topkapı-Masjid-i Selam Tramway (T4) was more frequent due to the low number of equipment compared to other errors, and this affected the escalator efficiency average.
