The rail, traverse, ballast, truss superstructure of the line, which was improved in 2 tunnels with a length of 476 thousand 12 meters, has been changed. ”

The signaling and telecommunication facilities at EU standards were established after the passenger platforms of the railway stations and stations were renewed to provide transportation for the disabled. 121 level crossings whose coatings were renewed were integrated into the signaling system with an automatic barrier. 260 million Euros of the project, which cost 148.6 million Euros, was covered by EU grant funds. With the Samsun-Sivas Kalın line, which is one of the two railway lines of the Black Sea opening to Anatolia, cargo transportation will be made from the ports in the region as well as the passenger. The railway line, which started from the port city of Samsun to the village of Yıldızeli in Sivas, reached the infrastructure that is suitable for the technology of the day with both rail technology and art structures. The number of trains from 20 to 30 will be increased before the renewal work, with a 50 percent increase in line capacity.
