Continuing its studies within the scope of digital transformation, Mars Logistics has signed a cooperation protocol with Beykoz University for artificial intelligence and new generation technology solutions. Within the scope of the cooperation, the future of the logistics sector will be both academically discussed and qualified human resources will be trained in the sector.

Turkey's leading logistics company Mars Logistics digital conversion within the scope of R & D cooperation protocol signed with the University of Beykoz. Under the agreement, which sets an example for private-university cooperation, the two organizations will join forces for solutions regarding the technological infrastructure of the logistics industry. Sectoral knowledge of Mars Logistics, which has 30 years of experience, will be supported scientifically with the studies of academicians and will contribute to the training of qualified human resources for the logistics sector.

Logistics sector will be supported by scientific studies

Mars Logistics Information Technologies Director Fatih Badur stated that the cooperation realized within the scope of the technological infrastructure is a long-term study, “We will discuss the opportunities offered by technology with some of our valuable teachers, projects for some solutions of our sector. We will identify the projects we need in the sector, then we will discuss them in mutual meetings and integrate them into our lives. Of course, we also expect contributions from our university students who are studying. Their academic support will respond to our demands. In this process, we aim to create qualified human resources for our industry. We are also ready to add young talents to our body during our works. ”

Unmanned warehouses replace classic warehouses

Noting that there is a serious transformation in the future technologies in logistics, Fatih Badur said, “New generation technologies, artificial intelligence, and digital transformation will be our main source. In the coming period, we expect great transformation in logistics, especially warehouse management systems. We will be waiting for a warehouse under the control of the internet of things, robotic systems. Now, we leave classical warehouse and go to unmanned warehouses. Bilişim will be adding a system that will analyze the past with artificial intelligence technologies and make comments about the future in the logistics sector. ”
