The accident occurred when the metrobus from Zincirlikuyu to Avcılar hit the other bus in front of it in Okmeydanı stop. One of the metrobus drivers was injured in the accident.
First aid teams, who came to the scene after the accident, took the metrobus driver to Okmeydanı Training and Research Hospital for precautionary purposes.
While there were no injuries to the passengers, two metrobus vehicles involved in the accident were removed from the station with the help of a tractor. Due to the accident, there is no hitch in metrobus services.
