Investments to Increase the Attractiveness of Boztepe

Ordu Metropolitan Municipality continues to implement investments that will increase the attractiveness of Boztepe. Within the scope of the project, citizens will enjoy Boztepe with begonite stone paved pedestrian road, 27 sales units, vegetal landscape arrangements.

The teams that started the construction works of the Sales Units Buffet and Landscape Arrangement Project in Boztepe, which is about 500 meters above sea level, will provide visitors with an area where they can easily watch the view of Ordu and buy local products.

TO BE APPLIED ON 600 METERS AREA

Metropolitan Municipality, Boztepe, 7 meters wide and 600 meters long, which is currently used as a vehicle road, the project began planning the entire area as a walking axle. Pedestrianization work area, sales units and landscaping arrangements after the buffet will be served with a modern appearance.

27 UNIT SALES UNIT

Within the scope of the project, a total of 27 sales units were designed by determining the type architectural model for the looms selling irregularly within the area. With the work done, citizens can enjoy Boztepe and enjoy an area where they can easily walk and shop without car traffic.

Metropolitan Municipality Secretary General Coşkun Alp and Deputy Secretary General Bülent Şişman examined the works on site. Existing stalls where local products were sold were located at a point with vehicle traffic. Our citizens wanted an area where they could both watch Ordu comfortably from Boztepe and visit the stalls where local products were sold. Rain water works and asphalt and concrete removal works have been completed in the project. Steel construction works of sales kiosks are carried out. The overall work is around 20 percent.
