The Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure announced that the application of digital tachograph was postponed to 30 June 2020. Yesterday, in many provinces, especially in Istanbul and Ankara, shippers had closed roads to protest the "Digital tachograph" application brought by the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure.
In the written statement made by the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure, the following statements were included; “C4925, C2, KI, K3, Ll, L3, MI, M2, Nl, N2, Pl, P2, Rl, R2, TL and / or the application of sending data in digital tachograph units was initiated on 2 with the obligation to send data to the U-ETDS system in accordance with the KTY provisions of the companies whose T2 authorization certificate has been issued.
However, upon the compliance of the mentioned companies with the U-ETDS system and the inability to complete the necessary preparations and infrastructures for sending the data in the digital tachograph units regarding the vehicles in which they operate, the implementation of the warrant sanction has been postponed until 30 June 2020 in order to prevent victimization and to complete the infrastructure in question. "
