Career Protocol Has Been Signed At The Summit Between ERÜ and Erciyes Aş

Erciyes University (ERÜ) and Kayseri Erciyes A.Ş. "Career at the Summit" protocol was signed in order to increase the competencies of university students and graduates.

Speaking at the signing ceremony of the protocol, ERÜ Rector. Dr. Mustafa Çalış, “As you know, Erciyes University is a university that deals with every problem of our city. We try to apply this in every field. We are trying to keep it alive and we think we are doing it. Today, we will sign one of them. We have really proven departments at Erciyes University such as Chinese Literature, Korean Literature, Japanese Language Literature, Russian Language Literature and English Literature. We also have qualified students and faculty members here. Especially in recent years, mountain tourism in Erciyes has reached very serious stages. As a university, we will be with Erciyes AŞ. I think it will provide a great added value to the students of our university as well as a great added value to Erciyes AŞ. Especially, our students who are teaching in foreign languages ​​or our graduates, if necessary, our academicians will carry out studies especially for our tourists in Erciyes within the framework of this protocol. Erciyes AŞ will prepare our students part time and graduates a full time business environment. In this way, we will both contribute to tourism and contribute to the development of our city. ”

Erciyes Ski and Tourism Center has reached a serious tourism potential in recent years with the support of our Metropolitan Municipality. We now host foreign guests from many nations and countries like the United Nations on our mountain. With charter flights, thousands of skiers come to Erciyes and ski. He has the opportunity to go to Kayseri and see the 6-year history of civilization of our city. It makes a serious economic and socio-cultural contribution to our city. Therefore, especially in recent years, we have increased the need for personnel to produce services that speak foreign languages. As you know; University-industry cooperation is a topic that is talked about and cannot achieve the success it desires in our country. At least, we wanted to evaluate that developed infrastructure in our university at Erciyes Ski Center. In our university, we have many departments that provide language education to both Faculty of Tourism and Faculty of Science and Letters. Therefore, we contacted the departments with the idea that we can easily meet our needs here from the university. ”
