Istanbul Your Sea Workshop 11 will be held in December

Istanbul Your Sea Workshop will be held on 11 December; Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality will organize the 'Istanbul Your-Sea Workshop', where the city's maritime transportation problems and solution proposals will be discussed. At the workshop, where problems and solutions for maritime transportation will be discussed in detail, more than 300 participants will come together, which will include academicians, journalists, professional chambers, representatives of relevant non-governmental organizations and representatives of the marine sector.

SOLUTIONS AND PROJECTS WILL BE TALKED

In the workshop, where academicians, researchers and industry executives who are experts in their fields will participate as speakers, solutions and project proposals will be presented in line with common sense within the framework of increasing the sea share in public transportation, post-earthquake sea management, the interaction of climate change with the sea and maritime law.

In the workshop, Dr. Resat Baykal, Professor Dr. Mustafa İnsel, Professor Dr. Prof. Cemal Saydam, Assoc. Dr. Jale Nur Ece, Dr. İsmail Hakkı Acar, Ph.D. Sinan Yardım, independent researcher Cihan Uzunçarşılı Baysal, Master Engineer Tansel Timur will be the names to evaluate all aspects of sea transportation in Istanbul.

IN THE GOLDEN SHIPYARD ON 11 DECEMBER

Writer, poet, journalist, researcher, theater actor and marine enthusiast Sunay Akın and retired Rear Admiral Cem Gürdeniz will also contribute to maritime culture issues at the workshop. Dr. Haluk Gerçek, Dr. Captain Özkan Poyraz will undertake the moderatorship duties.

11 will be held at Haliç Shipyard in December. The workshop will end with the establishment of the working commissions and the closing speech after the Q & A session.
