The Administrative Board Meeting of the Institution was held for the Civil Servants at TÜDEMSAŞ General Directorate and the demands were resolved.

At the meeting held on Thursday, December 26, 2019, the demands and suggestions of the employees of TÜDEMSAŞ were forwarded to the General Directorate by the General Authorized Trade Union Transportation Officer, affiliated to the Memur-Sen Confederation, and studies were made on the articles by the board.

Transport Officer-Sen Chairman Kenan Çalışkan, Deputy Chairman İbrahim Uslu, Mehmet Yıldırım, General Manager of TÜDEMSAŞ Mehmet Başoğlu, Head of Personnel Department Vildan Kocamemik, Transport Officer-Sen Sivas Branch President Ömer Vatankulu and Board Members participated.

The subjects requested and their results were decided as follows;

1 - Revise some articles of the Regulation on Promotion and Title Change,

. TÜDEMSAŞ Regulation on Promotion and Title Change will be reviewed.

2 -  Making the washbasins in the Head Office Building suitable for the use of women personnel,

. In order to meet the needs of female personnel employed in TÜDEMSAŞ, the Maintenance, Repair and Energy Production Department of the women's basin on the lowest floor of the administrative building should be repaired and modified.

3 - Emphasis on in-service trainings (both domestic and overseas) and equal utilization of all personnel,

. In the determination of the personnel sent for in-service trainings, the public interest is taken into consideration.

4 -  Opening the parking garage under the building located in the workers' bathroom area within the General Directorate, and providing it to the service of civil servants,

. In order to meet the parking needs of the personnel working at TÜDEMSAŞ, the necessary units should be carried out by the relevant units.

. Renovation of TUDEMSAS Guest House,

It was decided to be carried out.
