APPLICATION PROCESS
a) To apply for ads,www.sage.tubitak.gov.t is”It is required to register to the Job Application System. (When creating a CV for the application, it is mandatory to add all the required documents to the system electronically and apply by selecting the reference code). Applications will not be accepted, except for applications made through the Job Application System.

b) Applications must be submitted no later than 13 / 01 / 2020: 17: 00. Applications with missing information or documents will not be considered and these persons will not be invited for an interview. The date and place of the interview will be announced later.

c) Applications will be evaluated through the advertisement reference code. Candidates will be able to apply by selecting the reference code from the job application system. Applications without selecting a reference code will not be considered. A candidate can apply for a maximum of 2 (two) positions.

d) For each reference code; Candidates who have undergraduate and graduate degrees will be invited to interview 10 times the number of personnel to be recruited starting from the highest score according to the (e) section of the Koşullar General Conditions to be Searched for Candidates ”section. Candidates with a PhD degree in the field of “General Conditions to be Searched for Candidates” section (f) starting from the highest score in addition to the number of staff to be formed in the ranking will be invited to interview 10 times. If there are other candidates with the same score as the last candidates, they will also be invited for an interview.

e) For each reference code; Article (e) of Koşullar General Conditions to be Searched for Candidates, for applicants who have completed their undergraduate education abroad, and (e) and (f) of Genel General Conditions to Search for Applicants Doktora shall not be required for applicants who have completed their undergraduate education abroad; will be evaluated.

f) Candidates to be invited for an interview may be given pre-interview practice (Field Knowledge Exam) by the unit authorities.

g) Candidates will be evaluated according to the declaration they have entered in the job application system during their applications and if the information entered is incorrect or any of the following documents are missing, the application will be considered invalid.

 University Entrance Exam Result Document (Internet printout with OSYM approved or control code).

 University Entrance Examination Placement Document (OSYM approved or control code internet printout).

 Current Curriculum Vitae (Your resume should be prepared with color photographs, including Turkish, Turkish Identity and telephone numbers).

 Undergraduate Diploma / Exit Certificate / YÖK Graduate Certificate (internet printout via e-government and control code)
- and, if applicable - (Certificate of Equivalence for those who have completed their studies in higher education institutions abroad).

 License - and if applicable - Transcript Document.

 Foreign Language Exam Result Document or document showing that all courses except the subjects not related to the main field during undergraduate education are 100% English (approved by the university).

 Work Certificate approved by the relevant institution and a Barcoded Insurance Service Breakdown Document to be generated through e-government.

 Military status certificate (for male candidates).
