TCDD General Manager Attended the Appropriate UIC-RAME Meeting; The 24th Meeting of the International Association of Railways (UIC) Middle East Regional Board (RAME) was held in Paris, the capital of France.
The events held in 2019 were discussed at the meeting, which was directed by the Chairman and General Manager of TCDD Ali İhsan Uygun, as the President of the UIC RAME.
Mutual recommendations, financial issues for the previous year and budgetary expectations for the next period and the activities to be carried out were decided for efficient and successful works of the RAME member railway administrations. Member States shared important developments and experiences, and also proposed solutions to common problems.
TCDD Chairman and General Manager Ali İhsan Uygun was elected as the Chairman of the UIC-RAME (Middle East Regional Board) at the 05.07.2019rd RAME meeting held in Jordan on 23.
