Fire Training for Public Transportation Drivers of Sakarya Transportation Department; Fire training was provided for bus drivers serving in the Department of Transportation. The theoretical part of the event where the measures to be taken against fires and the trainings on what to do during the fire was presented took place in Adapazarı SGM building and the practical part was carried out by the Dörtyol Group Supervisor serving within the Department of Fire Brigade.
Sakarya Metropolitan Municipality Department of Transportation, bus drivers providing services within the fire training was given. In the trainings carried out by teams connected to the Fire Department, drivers were provided theoretical and practical trainings on how to take precautions against fires, what should be done in case of fire, how to intervene first, and where to be informed.
Consciousness and ability will increase
In the statement made by the Department of Transportation, “It is aimed to increase the awareness and ability of the public transport drivers working in the Metropolitan Municipality with the training programs held periodically and to intervene effectively against possible situations. Within this scope, fire training was provided for public transport drivers. Theoretical and practical training will be able to respond to possible vehicle fires instantly.
