2- Original or certified copy of diploma or graduation certificate (Original or approved copy of diploma equivalence certificate for graduates of educational institutions abroad accepted by Higher Education Council, www.turkiye.gov.t is Graduate certificate with barcode printed on e-Government Gate),
3- KPSS 2019/2 results and placement document, computerized with verification code,
4- A certificate showing that the validity period has not expired, at least (C) level in the Foreign Language Proficiency Exam (YDS) or which has international validity and which is accepted as equivalent by the Directorate of Measurement, Selection and Placement Center (Architect, Engineer and Maritime Survey Engineer) staff),
5- Photocopy of the Identity Card / Identity Card containing the Turkish Identity Number,
6- The original or approved copy of the “Computer Operator” certificate approved by the Ministry of National Education, or the original or certified copy of the transcript showing that the school at which the school has completed took at least one semester of computer-related courses (for those placed in the Data Preparation and Control Operator staff),
7- Barcode status certificate issued by authorized military branches for male applicants or printed out via e-government gate (demobilization certificate for candidates who have completed their military service),
8- A document from the Public Prosecutor's Office indicating that there is no criminal record taken in the last three months or a forensic record document with barcode printed out through the e-government gate,
9- 4 passport size photographs (4,5 × 6 size, taken in the last 6 months in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation on the Dress and Dress of the Personnel Working in Public Institutions and Organizations),

Maritime Survey Engineer In addition to these documents, the candidates to be appointed to the cadres should apply by preparing the following documents.
1- As of the last day of the preference procedure, the officer of the shift watch, the shift watch engineer / mechanic, or one of the above-mentioned driving licenses must have worked in the maritime field for two years or as a shipbuilding engineer with at least two years in the profession (records of work, field and duty periods) document, or at least three years of service in the maritime units of the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure as of the deadline, and a certificate showing that the Ministry has participated in the training programs organized for inspection and certification of ships,
2- Medical board report showing that there is no obstacle exceeding 40% due to color blindness,
