15 July Martyrs (Esenler) Bus Station, which is owned by Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality, launched the tender for the operation. The tender was won by Boğaziçi Yönetim A.Ş.
Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (IMM) held a tender for the operation of the commercial areas in the 15 July Martyrs (Esenler) Bus Station, which is under the ownership and management, for 3 years.
The tender organized by İBB Council under the chairmanship of İBB Secretary General Yavuz Erkut in Saraçhane building was realized with open single procedure. Only İBB affiliate Boğaziçi Housing Service and Management, Operation and Trade Inc. has bid for 26 million 850 thousand pounds annually.
In the tender continued with the auction, Boğaziçi Yönetim AŞ won the right to operate the commercial areas of Şehitler Otogarı on July 15th for an annual fee of 27 million TL and for a period of 3 years.
The parking lots in the bus station are operated by İSPARK, one of the companies of IMM since August.
The Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (IMM), which took over the operation of the Bus Station in its possession on September 9, 2019, completed the cleaning works and demolished derelict and dangerous buildings and secured the Bus Station.
