For the Orange Table Service Point application, total 13 employees provided by TCDD Taşımacılık A.Ş. These service points are Ankara, Eryaman, Eskisehir, Konya, Pendik, Sogutlucesme, Halkalı, Izmit, Polatli, Bozuyuk, Bilecik, Arifiye, Gebze Station and stations.
When the passengers with disabilities purchase tickets from the internet, they will fill out the form by clicking the “disabled passenger notification form özet button on the summary screen and the disabled passengers who cannot fill in the form will be able to benefit from the service by applying to the Orange Table Service Point.
Passengers benefiting from the Orange Table service will be met by the relevant personnel at the entrance of the station and transported to the seat they will travel to, and will be met at the arrival station and accompanied to the exit of the station and the vehicle to which it will be riding.
Passengers who wish to benefit from this service are required to press the orange buttons placed at special points at the entrance of the stations / stations.
