Application Form of the candidates for the associate professors (https://erzurum.edu.tr/menu/formlar26 CV), 2 photos, photocopy of the identity card, educational documents (if there is a diploma obtained from abroad, with the equivalence certificate given by the Higher Education Council), Associate Professorship certificate, foreign language document, scientific publications, congress and conference notifications, They will add the scoring schedule prepared in PDF format, curriculum vitae, and word format according to the criteria of Appointment and Promotion of the University to the faculty members and form the electronic application file. From this file 1 printed in the folder, 3 transferred to a portable USB / CD memory, our Rectorate
Personnel Department.
3. The application form of the candidates for the doctoral facultyhttps://erzurum.edu.tr/menu/formlar26 CV), 2 photographs, photocopy of population wallet, educational documents (if there is a diploma obtained from abroad, with the equivalence certificate given by the Higher Education Council), foreign language document, scientific publications, congress and conference papers and references to the file in PDF format will add the scoring schedule prepared in word format according to the criteria for Appointment and Promotion to the Faculty Member of the University and form the electronic application file. From this file, they are required to deliver 1 printed hard copy to the related unit and transferred to the portable USB / CD.
The application deadline is 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of the announcement in the Official Gazette. Applications will be made in person or by mail, and delays in the mail will not be taken into account. Applications made with the missing document will not be accepted.
GENERAL INFORMATION
1. Candidates are required to meet the general requirements of Article 657 of the Civil Servants Law no.
2. Professor and associate professors are in permanent status.
3. Whether the applicants comply with the principles specified in the Assignment and Promotion Criteria of Erzurum Technical University Faculty Membership will be examined by the “Scientific File Examination Committee” to be established by our University and the applicants who are found to have the required conditions will be accepted.
4. Professors and associate professors may not apply to the faculty staff of the doctor.
5. Applicants will not be appointed if the conditions of the applicant are later found to be unsuitable and those who have been appointed will be canceled.
6. Candidates may apply to only one of the announced positions.
