EGO General Manager Nihat Alkaş, Deputy General Manager Fatih Eryilmaz met with officials of the Private Public Transportation cooperative from the districts. Alkaş, in his speech at the meeting, "Our most important task, the people of Ankara under the most favorable conditions, the most comfortable, as soon as possible, the most economical and sustainable transportation," he said.
Call center and other communication channels that the majority of requests and complaints from the Agency stating that the transportation originated Alkaş, Special Public Transportation officials to comply with the service hours, traffic rules, and especially asked the citizens to behave rude.
Alkaş said that they want to solve the problems by coming together with all the stakeholders and agreeing that they will find the most appropriate model in public transport together. Pointing out that solution-oriented and mutual exchange of ideas is important in the understanding of social municipality, Alkaş added that they will find the best, the right and the most beautiful together with this understanding.
Head of Bus Operation Department Mustafa Geyikçi also attended the meeting where demands of Private Public Transportation Cooperative officials were listened to.
