Our citizens can submit their opinions, suggestions and requests in this context to the Provincial Directorate of Environment and Urbanization in accordance with the procedures and principles specified in the Petition Law.
According to the Petition Law; Complaints, opinions and suggestions are made in person or through a legal representative, to the competent authorities and through written application.
In this regard, our citizens can only submit their written applications to the Istanbul Provincial Directorate of Environment and Urbanization.
