Gaziantep Metropolitan Municipality, in order to promote the use of bicycles as a means of transportation as well as recreational and sports purposes; GAZİBİS aims to spread the Bisiklet Smart Bike Sharing System inde throughout Gaziantep, thus providing a healthy and environment-friendly transportation for all bicycle lovers.
With Smart Bike Sharing System, bike lovers will not have to carry their bikes with them, they can rent bicycles from GAZİBİS stations and leave them to any GAZİBİS station.
What is Smart Bike System?
It is a sustainable bicycle sharing system that serves as an alternative means of transport for bicycle lovers in many metropolises, eliminates the necessity of carrying bicycles by supporting with technological database and can be integrated into the transportation network in the city.
The purpose of this system is to ensure that the 3 - 5 km distances can be traveled without having to drive a motor vehicle. In this way, the burden on public transport and the impact of environmentally harmful greenhouse gases will be reduced and the society will have the opportunity to use a healthier and more environmentally friendly means of transport.
How to become a member of GAZİBİS System?
Kalealti, Stadium, 15 July, Manoglu Park (SankoPark), Masal Park, Wonderland and Gaün 7 station installed with the 108 bike system, which can be taken from all Gaziantep Card sales point Gaziantep Full Card, located in Balikli (behind the Omeriye Mosque) Gaziantep Card Personalization It is used with discounted cards and credit cards. It cannot be accepted with Free Cards. The hourly rate is charged as 1 TL.
If you have already been a member of Gazibis system, you can transfer your membership to Gaziantep Card. All you have to do is to sign up for your Gazibis system with your Gaziantep Card via the internet form you can fill in 5 minutes.
GAZİBİS Membership
During the membership, personal information is received and the contract is signed. Information about these details can be found on the kiosk software as well as on the stations with information labels.
An open authorization of 25 TL is created from the credit card for purchases with Credit Card, and after the return of the bicycle, the usage fee is deducted and the remaining amount provision is canceled with the procedure determined by the bank. Credit cards must be open for virtual purchases.
The 7 bike station is monitored by a total of 15 online cameras. The management and maintenance of 108 bicycles are carried out by Gaziulaş.
Bikes taken from any station can be left to other stations. 3 bicycles can be rented by credit card and only 1 can be rented by Gaziantep Card. The return period after the purchase of the bicycle is limited to 24 hours. As the 24 time-out is considered an attempt to confiscate, criminal proceedings will be initiated, which is included in the contract.
NOTE: Membership service on the internet form is only valid for those registered in Gaziantep. Those who are registered in other cities should come to Gaziantep Card Central Branch and make their membership with Gaziantep Card. Registration from Gaziantep Card Processing Center is free of charge, it is sufficient to have your identity card and Gaziantep Card with you. Gazibis is now in Gaziantep Card system. You can now use your Gaziantep Card (except free / free card types) that you use in bus, tram and other facility entrances for renting bicycles from Gazibis.

How to Buy a Bicycle with Gaziantep Card from GAZİBİS Station?
1. STEP:Operation Type Selection: Click Al Buy Bicycle ”button.
2. STEP : Gaziantep Discount or Full Card CARD READER area. This process takes about 5 seconds.
STEP 3:Enter your Gaziantep Card password. (This password was sent to your mobile phone during online registration.)
STEP 4:If your card is not blocked and you have sufficient balance (at least 5 tl) the system will allocate a bike to you. You can see the bike number on the screen. The system chooses the bike itself.
STEP 5:You can pick up the bike at the number indicated on the display by lifting it from the lock slot within 20 seconds. The red LED lights on the lock should turn green. If 20 is not received in seconds, the system will be locked. In this case, repeat the process. No extra charge.
STEP 6:Check the stability of the bike within 60 seconds after taking it. If there is no problem you can start using it. Please return it if there is any fault. 60 is free of charge from the returned bicycle in seconds. (Please check the bike you want to buy first.)
NOTE : You can also perform the above steps with the 'BUY BY SELECTING BICYCLE' button.
WHEN SELECTING; At the end of the operation, after the successful operation information is displayed on the screen, go to the bike you specified and take the bike from the slot. Only 1 (one) bike can be bought with the membership card.
How to Buy a Bicycle with Credit Card from GAZİBİS Station?
I 1.A:Operation Type Selection: Touch “Buy Credit Card” Button.
2. STEP:Enter your phone number on the screen and touch the confirm button.
3. STEP:Enter the credit card entry information and the number of bikes you want to rent on the screen, and tap the Confirm button.
4. STEP:Enter the verification code sent to your phone via SMS and tap the confirm button.
5. STEP:Enter the bike numbers you want to rent and press the Confirm button.
6. STEP:After successful transaction information appears on the screen, go to the bikes you have specified and remove the bike from the slot within 20 seconds. The red LED lights on the lock should turn green. If 20 is not received in seconds, the system will be locked. In this case, repeat the process. No extra charge.
How to Return Bicycle to GAZİBİS Stations
STEP 1:Place the bike you are using in one of the empty locking points. The station or lock location may be different.
STEP 2:After inserting, wait approximately 5 seconds and see that the LED at the lock point is red.
STEP 3:Make sure the bike is locked by lifting it slightly. If the bicycle does not lock, try another lock point.
STEP 4:After you have locked the bicycle, please press the “BICYCLE DROP” button to drop your bicycle from your Gaziantep Card.
(If you made a purchase with a credit card, you will receive a text message on your mobile phone even though the bike has been released. You do not need to use the “BICYCLE DROP” button.)
STEP 5:Read your Gaziantep Card to the reader. This may take up to 3 seconds, do not pull out your card and leave the station before it is finished. (This transaction is not required if it is received with a Credit Card.)
NOTE : New bikes cannot be purchased unless the bike return process is completed !!! After return Even if the card is not read, the system determines the fee according to the time the bike was returned to the lock. No additional time is added.
If there is a problem with your bike
STEP 1:If the bike shows any problems, leave the bike back to any vacant place in the station within one (1) minute. No fees.
STEP 2:After inserting, wait approximately 5 seconds and see that the LED at the lock point is red.
STEP 3:Make sure the bike is locked by lifting it slightly.
STEP 4:To buy a bike again, swipe your card again and pick up another bike of the number shown on the screen.
STEP 5:After checking your bike, you can leave the station.

Free Transfer with GAZIBIS
Your first boarding pass for the municipal buses and trams operated by Gaziulaş is free of charge within the first hour after the rental of your bicycle using your Gaziantep Card. This means that when you make a part of your journey by bicycle and a part by public transport, you only pay for the bicycle.
