While the wages are made flexible by increasing or decreasing according to the intensity of the demand, it is aimed that citizens can use the bridges and highways cheaper at times when the demand is less.
A new regulation on highway and bridge fees was included in the 2020 Presidential Annual Program. In the dynamic pricing model, which is also used in Europe, the demand of the users is followed 7/24 with special software. Pricing strategy can also change according to the intensity or scarcity of demand through these software. With the method used by airline companies, it is aimed to be used more cheaply in less busy periods without causing damage to the operator.
MAINTENANCE, REPAIR TO PRIVATE SECTOR

Accordingly, the maintenance and repair services on the road network predominantly through the performance of the private sector through the performance-based contracts necessary for the execution of legal and institutional arrangements will be completed.
In order to ensure that traffic safety is managed on the basis of a safe system approach, the conceptual framework, program and design of the institutional structure for establishing a structure solely responsible for road traffic safety will also be completed.
