Ankara High Speed Train Accident Indictment Has Been Accepted; The indictment, which occurred as a result of the collision of the High Speed Train (YHT) and the guide train that controlled the road in Ankara and which killed 9 people and injured 107 people, was accepted by the court.
13 people lost their lives, 2018 people were injured in the accident, which occurred as a result of the collision between the high-speed train that made the Ankara-Konya flight on 3 December 9 in Ankara and the guide train, which was found for control on the rails, entered Marşandiz station. The investigation launched by the Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office was completed and an indictment was prepared against 107 suspects. The indictment sent to the Ankara 10th High Criminal Court was accepted by the court. The trial date is expected to be announced in the coming days.
The suspects are requested to be sentenced to 2 years to 15 years in prison for the murder and injury of more than one person.
