At the beginning of November, eighteen freight cars loaded with propane-butane technical mixtures were delivered to the Manzhouli gate station.
Elena Burmistrova, Vice President of Gazprom Management Committee, Gazprom Export General Manager, stated that the opening of the Amur gas processing plant will significantly increase the volume and product range of Gazprom Export's export portfolio. . The Amur Natural Gas Processing Plant, established by Gazprom in the Eastern Siberia Region on the Chinese border, will be one of the largest gas processing plants in Russia and the world's largest after the completion of the plant in 2023. The plant, which will have an annual production capacity of 42 billion cubic meters, will process natural gas from Yakutistan and Irkutsky gas production centers. The plant is expected to export processed natural gas to China via the Power of Siberia pipeline. Amur will also include the world's largest helium production facility.
