İZBAN Tepeköy İzmir Expedition Hours: İZBAN is one of the largest urban rail public transportation systems in our country with airport connection, serving on the suburban line between Aliağa and Selçuk. İZBAN Transfer Stations

From Halkapınar and Hilal stations to İzmir subway; Buses can be transferred from Alsancak, Biçerova, Cumaovası, Çiğli, Egekent, Esbaş, Halkapınar, Hatundere, Kemer, Mavişehir, Menemen, Salhane, Sarnic, District Garage, Sirinyer, Turan and Ulukent stations. IZBAN, which commenced its journey to pre-operation in 30 in August 2010, was established by TCDD and 50 partnerships of Izmir Metropolitan Municipality. İZBAN Trains

Thirty-three EMU train tenders held at 2008 in March were won by the Spanish CAF. In April 2010 trains began to arrive in Turkey. 30 August İZBAN, which was put into service in 2010, had twenty-four wagons at that time. In August 2011 ten E23000 train sets were hired temporarily from the TCDD. Forty EMU trains from South Korean Hyundai Rotem were purchased on March 2012. The design of these trains will be delivered within three years. İZBAN's current number of sets is 73 and the number of wagons is 219. İZBAN train sets consist of three wagons, 2.250 person capacity and maximum 140 mileage per hour. The train sets are 70 meters in length, 2,95 meters in width and 3,85 meters in height. Since the flights are made in double or triple sets, the length of the trains is at least 140 and at most 210 meters. It is announced that E32000 train sets with ten wagons for Marmaray will be used in İZBAN as of August 2017. In fact, it was announced that seventy-five wagons, of which nine were double-decked, would be purchased.
