Eskişehir Metropolitan Municipality, which is an example for many institutions, especially municipalities with concrete road works that started in İnönü last year, gave information to the engineers of the Directorate of Road and Asphalt Branch of the Directorate of Science Affairs from Ankara on the orders of Mansur Yavaş, Mayor of Ankara Metropolitan Municipality. . After the concrete road works, the delegation received detailed information from the General Secretary of the Metropolitan Municipality Ayşe Ünlüce.
Didim Municipality, Ermenek Municipality and Karaman Special Provincial Administration officials then came to the city of Ankara Metropolitan Municipality to examine the concrete road works implemented in Eskisehir. The delegation stated that they were in Eskişehir by the order of Ankara Metropolitan Mayor Mansur Yavaş and stated that they wanted to perform concrete road works in Ankara due to the increase in the areas of responsibility with the metropolitan law and because the concrete road was more economical and long lasting than the asphalt road. Eskişehir Metropolitan Municipality Road Construction Maintenance and Repair Department officials Seyitgazi and Han between the 30 kilometer area of the delegation, the last winter construction completed and heavy tonnage vehicles often used in the İnönü-Kandilli examined the concrete road in place.
After the field visit, the delegation visited the General Secretary of the Metropolitan Municipality Ayşe Ünlüce and stated that they wanted to start the concrete road application in some parts of Ankara under the instruction of Mansur Yavaş. Ayşe Ünlüce stated that the concrete road is more durable and economical than the asphalt road and that all kinds of cooperation between the municipalities is for the benefit of the public.
