Governor Epcim pointed out that it is not possible to handle the project independently of the railroad projects in the surrounding and nearby provinces. We can only express that. Even the Sivas line is not working in the high-speed train project. After Sivas, Erzincan, Erzurum lines will come. Erzurum will be connected to Kars.
