Şanlıurfa Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Zeynel Abidin Beyazgül started to build a viaduct at Karakoyun Köprülü Junction which is one of the projects he emphasized.
In order to ease the traffic of the neighborhoods on the International Silk Road route of the Metropolitan Municipality, the viaduct construction gained speed in the construction of Karakoyun Bridge Interchange. In the construction of the Karakoyun Interchange and Viaduct, which will be completed as in the project, the works on both lanes of Şanlıurfa-Gaziantep Highway were accelerated and the road was opened to traffic. The teams of the Metropolitan Municipality are continuing the infrastructure and superstructure works on the one hand in the viaduct construction, which is one of the important stages of the project. Prior to the viaduct construction, the bored pile planting and accelerating the displacement work for the cables to be placed underground, the Municipality aims to finish the viaduct as soon as possible.
