Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality, which attaches importance to transportation activities in the main roads and city centers, continues to implement projects that will ease the transportation of citizens living in neighborhoods outside the center. In this context, the bridge on the connection road between the district of the district of Çavuşlu district of Çirakli District is renewed. In the project carried out by the Department of Science Affairs, the rafters of the bridge will be placed in September.

11 PIECES TO BE PLACED

Within the scope of the project, creek bed base improvement concrete was completed. The stone wall construction on both sides of the creek was completed. In the ongoing studies, concrete rigging of the side legs was realized. 11 pre-tensioned beam will be placed on the bridge legs in September. The project started in April and is expected to be completed in November.

STREAM BED Widened

Within the scope of the works for the expansion of the existing narrow river bed, the old bridge over the river is demolished and a new one is being built. The stream bed where the bridge is located was expanded to 32,5 meters. It is aimed to prevent flooding and floods in the region in the creek bed expansion.
