Due to the 163 Year Anniversary of TCDD, Adem Sivri, the Regional Director of TCDD 7, made a courtesy visit to Afyonkarahisar Governor Mustafa Tutulmaz. During the visit, Sivri gave information about the 163 annual history of TCDD and the activities and projects realized in Afyonkarahisar as Regional Directorate.

After the visit, all personnel came together for the 163 Year Anniversary at the historic Ali Çetinkaya Station and a celebration ceremony was held. After the stance of respect for the martyrs and the National Anthem, Regional Director Adem Sivri made a speech about the vision and activities undertaken by TCDD in the historical adventure.

In his speech,; TCDD, our national organization, has gone beyond the means of transportation in more than one and a half century history and has led the national struggle to triumph and the development of our country in all economic, social and cultural fields. Our people in the far-flung corners of Anatolia met the first doctor, the first drinking water, the first sports club, the first library, the first cinema under the leadership of railways. Not only the travelers, but also the only meeting place of the public in daily life, our railway stations and railway lines; agriculture, afforestation and landscaping. Today, as an institution that builds high-speed trains and successfully operates high-speed train lines, we continue to maintain our economic, social and cultural responsibility as in the past. After the ceremony at Ali Çetinkaya Gar, the union manager and union executives and the Regional Director of TCDD Social Facilities Wagon Café and Country Garden, Adem Sivri wished to meet together for the railways in unity and exchange of views. . It was agreed that the Rural Garden is very suitable for the activities organized by NGOs operating on the railway.
