ARTICLE 1 - (1) The purpose of this Regulation is to determine the disciplinary supervisors of the central organization of the TCDD Transport Corporation and the personnel working in the headquarters and provincial organizations.

Definitions

ARTICLE 4 - (1) In this Regulation;

a) Discipline Supervisor: Discipline and Supreme Disciplinary Supervisors whose titles are mentioned in the tables attached to this Regulation,

b) Central organization: TCDD Taşımacılık A.Ş. The central organization of the General Directorate,

c) Establishments connected to the Center: Ankara Railroad Factory Directorate, Eskişehir Training and Examination Center Directorate, Adapazarı, Ankara, Eskişehir, Sivas Vehicle Pickup Directorates,

d) Personnel: Personnel subject to (I) numbered personnel specified in subparagraph (b) of clause 399 of the Decree Law no. 3 and contracted personnel subject to the (II) numbered clause in paragraph (c),

d) Provincial organization: Regional Directorates, High Speed ​​Train (YHT) and Marmaray Operational Directorates,
