Passenger and Fishing Boats Inspected in Şanlıurfa

Şanlıurfa Metropolitan Municipality carried out inspections on passenger and fishing boats on Atatürk and Birecik Dam lakes.

Halfeti, Birecik, Bozova, Hilvan, Siverek districts of the passenger and fishing boats in the yearly water surface audits were made. According to the inspection times, dams and ponds in the borders of Sanliurfa all the coastline floating pontoon restaurants, passenger and fishing boats inspection and licensing procedures are ongoing.

During the inspections, paperwork control of passenger and fishing boats, life preserver, life jacket, first aid kit and fire tube, which should be kept in terms of life safety, and engine parts, hull deformation and paint conditions of the boats were checked.

With the opening of the fishing season, the controls for the fishing boats were increased and warnings were made for the fishermen to comply with the specified criteria in order to avoid any grievance on the fishing boats.
