According to a statement from the Governorate, Highways 1. Regional Directorate of the highway between the Gulf and Gümüşova intersection highway and connecting roads in the scope of the superstructure improvement and construction of major repair work between the Izmit East Junction and Adapazari tolls section continues.
Due to the works, the Anatolian Highway Izmit-Adapazari direction will be closed to traffic completely. The traffic flow will be directed from the Izmit East Interchange to the D-100 highway and re-join the motorway from Adapazarı tolls.
The work, which will be carried out every day between 21.00 in the evening and 06.00 in the morning, will be completed on Tuesday, October 15, 2019, at 06.00. The highway, which will be closed to traffic at 21.00:06.00 until this date, will be reopened at XNUMX:XNUMX in the said section.
