SAMULAŞ, which continues its public transportation services within the Metropolitan Municipality of Samsun, has implemented the Public Transportation Driver Professional Development Program within the scope of the ACADEMY established within it.
In Samsun, 'AKADEMİ' trainings initiated in line with the principle of 'quality in every aspect of transportation' continue, and the Metropolitan Municipality Project Transportation İmar İnşaat Yat. Singing. ve Tic. A.Ş. (SAMULAŞ) has now implemented the Public Transport Driver Professional Development Program.
SAMULAŞ Academy started its activities with the aim of contributing to the formation of qualified manpower between 'Education and Employment' and started to provide special trainings with 'Learning Model by doing' in all matters concerning the drivers performing in the profession of chauffeur. In the trainings given at SAMULAŞ Headquarters Academy Hall, all the drivers working in the company are included in the training program in the form of groups of 16 people.
FIRST 16 STAFF TRAINER TRAINING
SAMULAŞ General Manager Enver Sedat Tamgacı, who made a statement on the subject, said that all drivers will participate in the program prepared with different titles and contents. The participants had the knowledge and skills to develop training programs and curriculum development. With the course content, all drivers will be subject to regular training on an annual basis. The training activity, measurement and evaluation system has also been prepared and the system will be developed in continuous development with renewal needs and new trainings ”.
