Carrying out public transportation services within the Metropolitan Municipality of Samsun, SAMULAŞ launched the Public Transportation Chauffeur Professional Development Program within the scope of the ACADEMY it created.
Continuing its 'ACADEMY' trainings in Samsun in line with the principle of 'Quality in service in all areas of transportation', Büyükşehir Municipality Project Transportation İmar İnşaat Yat. Singing. ve Tic. A.Ş. (SAMULAŞ) has now implemented the Public Transport Chauffeur Professional Development Program.
SAMULAŞ Academy, which started its activities in order to contribute to the formation of qualified manpower between 'Education and Employment', started to provide special trainings with 'Learning by Doing Model' in every subject that concerns drivers who serve in chauffeur professions. In the trainings given at SAMULAŞ Headquarters Academy Hall, all the drivers working within the company are included in the training program in groups of 16 people.
FIRST 16 STAFF TRAINER TRAINING
Making a statement on the subject, SAMULAŞ General Manager Enver Sedat Tamgacı said that all drivers will participate in the program prepared with different titles and contents. Within the scope of the program, Enver Sedat Tamgacı stated that 16 people, who graduated from their own universities, have undergone a 2-month training program considering their competence and skills. He was subjected to training under the headings 'Trainer Training, Communication, Program Development, Case'. The educators were included in sample presentation programs and received their own internal accreditations. ”
