Attention! .. Traffic Flow on Mürselpaşa Boulevard is Changing

As Çiğli Waste Water Treatment Plant will be cleaned in the portion of the collector line that carries domestic wastewater passing through Mürselpaşa Boulevard, the exit section of Yeşildere Street to Basmane direction will be closed to traffic as of September.

İzmir Metropolitan Municipality İZSU General Directorate, Customs and Bayraklı It takes care of the 6,2 kilometer collector line carrying domestic wastewater between the pump stations. Due to the cleaning works to be carried out on the part of Mürselpaşa Boulevard, the traffic flow will be changed.

According to the decision taken by Izmir Metropolitan Municipality Transportation Coordination Center (UKOME), the section of Mürselpaşa Boulevard from Yeşildere Street to Dokuz Eylül Square will be closed to traffic at 23 September 2019 Monday at 10.30. The cleaning work will be carried out in the 2 2,2 meter diameter collector line. Within the scope of the 20 day-long activities, vehicles that want to go to Yeşildere to Dokuz Eylül Square (Basmane) will follow the route from the İzmir Metropolitan Municipality Vocational Factory (Former State DGM Building) to the port instead. Bornova from Dokuz Eylül Square /Karşıyaka vehicles that want to go to the direction of traffic in the opposite direction will use the road closed.
