Centennial Vehicles Exhibited at Erzurum Station Museum Sheds Light on History

The museum with centuries-old antiques in Erzurum sheds light on the history of railways. More than 300 tools are exhibited in the museum. The most striking piece is the 101-year-old steam locomotive… Magneto phones, gas lamps, bells are all centuries old. All of the vehicles that have been collected and exhibited for years are antiques.

Passengers who came to Erzurum with the first train service from 1939 are met with this bell and they are farewell with this bell. The museum contains instruments used by the railway workers of the period and hundreds of historical monuments.

One of the most remarkable works is this locomotive made by one thousand nine hundred eighteen German. The century-old locomotive that carries the traces of the past has been on display here since nineteen and ninety-six. Especially passengers using the Eastern Express show an interest in the museum.

The museum awaits its visitors who are curious about railway transportation. (Nesibe Sener – trthab is )
