3 Storey New Service Building for TCDD

Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality, TCDD'ye 3-storey service building has made a protocol agreement.

Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality, made the protocol agreement with the Republic of Turkey State Railways (TCDD) to the left 3 story service building. The landscaping of the building, which has a total area of ​​910 square meters, has started. The building will be delivered to TCDD when everything is completed. The TCDD building built next to Seka Sportsman Training Center (SEKASEM) in Sumer Street in Kozluk District will greatly ease the institution.

3 STOREY TCDD BUILDING COMPLETED
The total floor area of ​​the building is 910 square meters. On the ground floor of the TCDD building consisting of 303 floors, there will be 3 warehouses and technical rooms. The upper floors will include administrative offices. Construction of the building, which also has a parking area for 2 cars, is completed while interior details and landscaping are completed. The Metropolitan Municipality, which will complete the works as soon as possible, will give the building to TCDD.
