Gaziantep Railway Station, which was built in 1953, is one of the most important touchstones of Gaziantep's modern history. Along with the station building, many complementary structures were built during this period. One of these complementary structures is the staff housing of the 12 block, where today there are high-density commercial and residential uses of hotels.

On the other hand, it was concluded that the execution had to be stopped as it was clear that the said 12 lodging building could be subjected to demolition and similar operations due to the subject matter of the case and this could lead to irreparable damages.
