23 announced that it will commence non-stop high-speed train service from New York Penn Station and Washington DC Union Station as of September. The line will be active only within the week.

The departure time of the train departing from New York was determined as 06.35 and the departing train from Washington DC was determined as 16.30. Amtrak stated that they will conduct a situation assessment in the future and that the amount of the voyage can be increased if necessary. It was learned that this journey, which will take place without pauses, will take about 2 hours and 35 hours. Tickets for this new service are already available.
