Esenler Bus Station Parking Lot Is No Barrier To İSPARK. The decision to "stop the execution" regarding the transfer of the parking lot of the Martyrs Bus Station to ISPARK on 15 July was abolished after the defense of the İBB lawyers to the court. The parking lot, where İSPARK will start operating after evacuation, will serve for 1 hour free of charge.
Istanbul 3. The Administrative Court decided to reject the case against the transfer of the parking lot of 15 July Martyrs (Esenler) Bus Station to ISPARK AS, a subsidiary of IBB by the International Thrace and Anatolian Busers Association and Eurasia Terminal Operations Joint Stock Company.
The decision was taken unanimously as a result of the defense of IMM lawyers to the court. Thus, 23 has been removed from the execution stop in June.
İSPARK will start operating the parking lot of the bus station where the complaints of the citizens are concentrated upon the completion of the evacuation.
IMM ASSEMBLY DECISION
15 May 25 contracted by the International Association of Anatolian and Thrace Busers (AVTER AŞ), owned by Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (IMM) and which has been on the agenda for many years, has operated the 4 July Martyrs Bus Station for years.
At the July meeting, the IMM Assembly approved the transfer of the operation of the parking lot within the bus station to İSPARK for a period of one year. According to the decision, the parking lot became free 5 hours and it was deemed appropriate to pay 1 to IMM as a percentage of the revenue to be generated.
Istanbul 3. Following the final decision of the Administrative Court, there was no legal obstacle to the operation of the parking lot of 15 July Martyrs Bus Station by İSPARK.
